Who operates CareerVault

Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, career materials you provide, structured profile data derived from those materials, job descriptions and instructions you submit, generated assessments and application materials, and product usage and security records.
Stripe processes payment-card information. CareerVault receives billing identifiers, subscription and invoice status, and related reconciliation events, but does not store full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Extract and maintain your career profile and perform the matching, drafting, and export actions you request.
- Enforce account limits, prevent abuse, reconcile billing, and provide support.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Service providers and AI processing
We use service providers for cloud hosting, databases, AI-model processing, payment processing, transactional communications, monitoring, and support. They receive information only as needed to perform those services under their applicable service terms.
Career materials and instructions may be sent to AI-model providers to perform requested extraction, retrieval, matching, or generation. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job application.
CareerVault does not sell personal information or use career data for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your durable career profile and account data are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. In production, source uploads are not retained after successful processing. Unsaved match-related sessions and generated artifacts are generally removed after 30 days. Billing, security, and audit records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
You can export your CareerVault data in portable formats. To request account or data deletion, email support@praxish.com. Deletion from active systems does not immediately remove data from security or disaster-recovery backups; backup copies age out under operational retention schedules and are not restored except for recovery purposes.
Cookies and security
CareerVault uses secure session cookies and related technical records for authentication, account continuity, rate limiting, and security. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and policy changes
CareerVault is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted here with a new last-updated date.
