Refund and Cancellation Policy

How subscription cancellation, renewals, and payment concerns are handled.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel at any time through CareerVault's Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access through that date, and the subscription will not renew afterward.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, and CareerVault does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time. This does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, technically incorrect, or followed a material service failure, contact support@praxish.com promptly. We will review the account and payment record and may issue a full or partial refund when appropriate. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside CareerVault's control.

Trials, failed payments, and account access

CareerVault's application trial does not require a Stripe charge. If a renewal payment fails, paid access may be restricted while Stripe requests an updated payment method. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your CareerVault data; deletion requests are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.

Support

For cancellation or payment questions, email support@praxish.com from the address associated with your CareerVault account. Include enough information to identify the charge, but never send full card numbers or security codes.
